Refund policy

Brief: ExcellenC does not offer refunds for course payments. However, under specific extenuating circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered.

Details:

• No Refunds: ExcellenC does not process refunds for payments made towards its courses.

• Extenuating Circumstances: In certain situations outlined below, ExcellenC may decide to offer partial or full refunds:

  • Cancellation of Batch: If a batch is cancelled midway, and participants cannot be accommodated in another batch.

  • Discontinuation of Program: If ExcellenC decides to discontinue a program midway.

• Exclusions: The refund policy does not apply to situations arising from force majeure conditions, where all terms and conditions are rendered null and void.
  

Refund requests under extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by ExcellenC on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to approval.
